WHAT IS A REGULAR GARMENT?

Shirts, Polos, T-Shirts, Trousers, Jeans, Chinos, Skirts, Blouses, Simple Dresses, Native Wear (Top & Trouser), Cardigans, and Undergarments.

Sets count by physical garment. Men’s Native 2PCS = 2 garments, Co-ord Set = 2 garments, NYSC Uniform 2PCS = 2 garments.

SPECIAL CARE ITEMS

Heavy or structured items that require customized care protocols: Suits, Blazers, Heavy Jackets, Comforters/Duvets, Blankets, Bedspread Sets, and Heavy Bath Robes.

SPECIALIST CARE ITEMS

Bridal gowns, Couture fashion, Genuine Leather, Suede, and heavily embellished evening wear. Assessed and quoted individually to protect delicate fabrics.

MEMBERSHIP RULES

Simple rules, no surprises. Please review our comprehensive 16 terms of service.

1. Membership Period

Every membership plan is valid for exactly 30 calendar days from the moment of activation. Renewal triggers a fresh 30-day cycle.

2. No Rollover

Unused garment balances or pickup allowances do not roll over into subsequent months. They expire upon completion of each 30-day period.

3. Regular Garment Counting

Allowance is calculated by physical garment pieces handled. Two-piece items (such as Native sets, co-ords, or tracksuits) count as 2 physical items.

4. Special Care Counting

1 unit per qualifying item (e.g. blazer, duvet, heavy outerwear). These are maintained on a separate tracker and do not consume standard garment quotas.

5. Specialist Care

Items requiring bespoke specialist handling (couture, leather, wedding dresses) are excluded from standard membership and are billed upon inspection.

6. Stain Treatment

Standard pre-spotting and routine stain removal are included free. Deep forensic restoration or complex pigment work may require separate specialist evaluation.

7. Garment Inspection

All garments undergo digital barcode tagging and condition logging upon intake. Any pre-existing damage is documented and communicated to you prior to washing.

8. Quality & Care

We adhere strictly to manufacturer care labels and industry fabric standards to ensure color retention, shape stability, and fabric longevity.

9. Overage Rates

Regular garments exceeding your monthly allowance are processed seamlessly at ₦1,250 each. Billed on your active payment method without interruption.

10. Free Pickup & Delivery

Included within designated primary Spubbles logistics corridors. Pickups exceeding tier quotas are billed at standard regional courier rates.

11. Express Service

Standard member turnaround is 48–72 hours. Same-day or next-day expedited processing is available upon request with a priority surcharge.

12. Eco & Luxury Packaging

Garments are returned with Spubbles signature breathable dust covers, premium branded hangers, or tailored compact folding according to your profile.

13. Membership Transfer

Memberships are issued to an individual account. Transfers to another household or individual can be requested once per billing cycle via member support.

14. Allowance Transfer

Garment balances cannot be split or shared across distinct unlinked profiles. All laundry must be collected from and delivered to the registered member location.

15. Cancellation & Refund

Once activated and processing commences, memberships are non-refundable for the active 30-day period. Automatic renewals may be paused anytime before the next billing date.

16. Beta Programme & Future Changes

Beta members lock in early rates and grandfathered benefits. Terms may evolve based on community feedback, with 14 days advance written notice of adjustments.
